Kellohalli hosts Christmas parties for 10–600 guests. The main hall seats up to 250 for dinner and holds 600 for a cocktail party, and Klubi is the same evening's own club for the small hours. For smaller groups there are Flavour Studio (dinner for up to 80) and Päähuone (10–50 guests).
How much does a Christmas party cost?
Our sample corporate party package starts at €89 per person. It includes the venue for six hours, a buffet dinner (starter, main and dessert), beer, wine and a non-alcoholic drink for two hours, AV, decoration and an event manager. The exact price depends on the number of guests, the date and the menu.
What does a Christmas party include?
The venue, food, drinks, AV and your own event manager, all from one place. Our kitchen plans the menu, the bar takes care of drinks and the event manager is there all evening. Entertainment, such as karaoke in Päähuone or performers on the main hall stage, is agreed in our proposal.
When should we book our Christmas party?
As soon as you know the date: Fridays in November and December are booked first. Send us a quote request and we'll usually reply with a proposal within one working day.
How late can a party go on?
An evening event at Kellohalli can go on until 4 am.
Can you cater for special diets?
Yes. Our kitchen caters for allergies and diets such as gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan. Mention them in your quote request and they'll be in our proposal from the start.
Is Kellohalli accessible?
Yes. Kellohalli's spaces are step-free and there is an accessible toilet. An accessible parking space is at Vanha Talvitie 10.
How do I get to Kellohalli?
Kellohalli is at Teurastamo in Helsinki, Työpajankatu 2 (building 1 E), about a 400 m walk from Kalasatama metro station. The nearest tram stop is Lautatarhankatu, served by lines 1, 6, 7 and 8. The Teurastamo courtyard is car-free; you can park on the nearby streets.
